
Senior Analytics Lead

The role of an Analytics Business Partner is pivotal in driving business growth through data-driven insights. This position requires a senior analytics professional who can lead the development and implementation of analytics strategies that meet the needs of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Selling Opportunities
- Define the core products in the RTM portfolio and articulate their unique client benefits.
- Ensure the profitability of the RTM portfolio is understood and improved over time.
- Commercially activate Merchandising solutions such as Spaceman Software, Planogram Outsourcing, and Category Management Workshops.
- Owning RTM pricing rate cards and commercial policies.
- Closing partnership with Global RTM Product Leadership function to identify high-revenue opportunities and ensure India needs are met in product development roadmaps.
- Identify white space in the RTM portfolio and unmet client needs, and seek partner or acquisition programs to meet those needs.
- Accountable for the RTM Operating Plan.
- Community Building
- Buid a strong India community around the RTM portfolio, including Sales & Delivery teams, cross-industry and client opportunities, best practices sharing, and central Knowledge Management drives.
- Build and execute Go To Market plans for RTM solutions, including campaign calendars, commercial decks, proposal decks, demo scripts, TL webinars, industry events, and product kit adaptations.
- Ensure India Sales teams are enabled with best-in-class training materials, sales decks, pitch perfect examples, automated content gift, and training plans.
- Direct involvement in sales pitches and close touch with clients, including major RFPs and continuous support to India sales teams.
- Alignment and Governance
- Strong alignment with Delivery/COE organization, connecting with APAC Delivery team leader to define prioritizations, delivery gaps, and opportunities.
- Accountable for new product activation.
- Financial Metrics
- Achieve key financial metrics, revenue, profitability, adequate pipeline coverage, and other related business development objectives.
- Understand company's financial guidelines, including forecast and pipeline management.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budget/forecast and implement actions to achieve targets.
To excel in this role, you should have a Master's degree or Diploma in Marketing, minimum 8-10 years of experience in Market Research or consulting agencies, prior working experience on NIQ Retail Index (RMS) as an added advantage, knowledge of research techniques and methodologies, strong analytical skills and business commercial acumen, advanced oral and written English language proficiency, high negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills, teamwork ability, influence skills, good level of relationship/networking, internal and external, self-starter with solid organizational and planning skills, high level of energy, motivation, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism, and high understanding of respective industries and retailing environments in modern and traditional trade settings.
