Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Solution Architect to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and prioritizing work, as well as collaborating with lead personnel to provide inputs on all phases of the delivery lifecycle.
About the Role

This role involves developing complex configuration for clients and leads, managing data transformation, and performing EIB Data loads. The successful candidate will also provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.

In addition, they will be responsible for leading and involving in data conversion activities related to Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and document requirements, assess complexity and level of effort estimates, prioritize capacity, and define development and analysis timelines.
  • Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide key support in Workday feature releases, security, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Mentor and coach team members.
  • Be flexible to work in multiple time zones and multiple teams.
Requirements
  • Excellent technical & functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations.
  • Thorough Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll Configuration Build knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday at least of the Module - Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.
