We are seeking a seasoned Workday expert to lead our integration and reporting efforts.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex Workday integrations, as well as creating advanced reports and dashboards. A strong background in Workday modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits is essential. The selected individual will work closely with our team to optimize existing integrations and reports, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), Web Services (WWS), Workday Connectors, and other integration tools.
  • Create advanced Workday reports, including Composite, Matrix, and custom reporting solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Workday dashboards that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Optimize existing Workday integrations and reports for efficiency and clarity.
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Workday data.
  • Provide expertise on best practices for Workday reporting, dashboards, analytics, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Workday HCM and working knowledge of Time Tracking, Talent, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and Report Writer.
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
