Workday Consultant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Consultant to join our team.

Job Description

The Workday Consultant will be responsible for delivering complex solutions across client implementations, including project delivery, configuration and development, data conversion and reporting, communication and stakeholder management, and team management.

  • Project Delivery:
    • Plan and prioritize work to ensure timely delivery of projects.
    • Lead small implementation projects, manage workload, and assist team members in all phases of the delivery lifecycle.
  • Configuration and Development:
    • Develop complex configurations for clients and leads, manage data transformation, and perform EIB Data loads.
    • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support.
  • Data Conversion and Reporting:
    • Lead and involve in data conversion activities related to Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management:
    • Coordinate with leads, EM/PM, and clients for project delivery.
    • Provide leadership and key stakeholders with information and venues to make effective, timely decisions.
  • Team Management:
    • Mentor and coach team members.
    • Manage multiple projects and teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Workday Consultant, you will need to possess excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations. You should also have thorough knowledge of Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll configuration build. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.

  • Technical Skills:
    • Excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions across client implementations.
    • Thorough knowledge of Absence/ Time Tracking/ Benefits/ HCM/ Compensation/ Recruiting/ Talent and Performance / Payroll configuration build.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent presentation skills.
Education and Experience

Eligibility for this role includes a minimum 5 years of experience in Workday, with a minimum of 12 years' overall experience. You should hold a B.E /B.Tech /MCA /BSc degree or equivalent.
