Transformative Data Solutions Developer

Job Description:

At the forefront of data innovation, we seek a visionary Senior ETL Developer to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge ETL solutions.

This pivotal role will require expertise in crafting robust, efficient, and scalable ETL processes utilizing IBM DataStage. The successful candidate will be instrumental in extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse source systems into target data warehouses and lakes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop complex ETL solutions leveraging IBM DataStage for high-performance and scalability.

- Develop and optimize DataStage jobs, sequences, routines, and shared containers to ensure seamless data processing.

- Implement comprehensive error handling, data validation, and quality checks within ETL processes to guarantee accuracy.

Additional Key Skills:

- Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting for automation and job orchestration.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with cloud-based data architecture, particularly AWS services.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Familiarity with other ETL tools or data integration platforms.

- Knowledge of Big Data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
