Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled ETL professional to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and be able to design, develop, test, and install complex applications.

Your Role in Our Mission

As an ETL Developer, you will be responsible for leading workstreams to design, develop, and test software applications that span server, client, and web components.

  • You will collaborate with application architects and developers to ensure design requirements are accurate and deliver a solid return on investment for clients.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for writing complex design, coding, and testing documentation to create a technical product that meets client expectations.
  • You will also perform development, domain, application design, web service, and database methodologies and best practices provided by the project advisor and/or architect.
  • In this role, you will serve as a technical consultant to senior management for complex projects, including modifying existing apps and designing new application modules and components.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of six years of experience in application, web, and product design and support across the development life cycle, with a preference for working with Medicaid and Medicare technologies.
  • A strong foundation in software and product design methodologies, programming languages, operating systems, web development, and application implementation across the development life cycle.
  • Expertise in application development policies and procedures, and analyzing costs to determine financial feasibility.
  • A skilled designer and programmer who is effective across programming languages and environments as needed.
  • A demonstrated team player with strong written and oral communication skills to be effective across application developers, clients, and leadership.
