Senior ETL Tester Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Quality Engineer with expertise in ETL testing, Kafka/Redpanda, and MongoDB to enhance our team's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate large-scale data pipelines to ensure high-quality data accuracy and consistency in event-driven systems.
  • Perform thorough data reconciliation across systems, focusing on data quality and integrity.
  • Validate Kafka/Redpanda pipelines, including producers, consumers, topics, schema registry, and Avro/JSON formats.
  • Write and execute MongoDB queries to verify data checks.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, defect reports, and collaborate closely with developers and product teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
  • Familiarity with process methodologies used in the software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL testing, data validation, and reconciliation techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Kafka/Redpanda and related tools.
  • Good understanding of throughput, consistency, and defect tracking principles.
