We are seeking a highly organized and creative Treat Culture and Operations Specialist to join our team at Greatest Of All Treats. In this role, you will have the opportunity to foster a positive work environment, streamline processes, and contribute to the company's success.

About the Role:

  • This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee records, updating policies and procedures, and coordinating events and activities that promote a vibrant and inclusive company culture.
  • You will also assist in the recruitment process by reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contact information, benefits, and performance reviews.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, such as training programs and employee recognition schemes.
  • Coordinating team-building activities, brainstorming unique recognition ideas, and curating a positive work environment where everyone feels valued.
  • Supporting the operations team to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in human resources or a related field, preferably with experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • An appetite for learning and a hunger to grow professionally.
