Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional with 4-6 years of experience in sales or marketing efforts to join our team as a Senior Advertising Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing onboarding and optimization support to new and existing advertisers. This includes conducting 1:1 education sessions, creating customized campaigns, and analyzing account performance against key metrics.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level guidance on Amazon Advertising platforms and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
- Analyze data trends and develop actionable recommendations for advertisers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce or online advertising
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint

Salary
$85,000 - $110,000 per year based on experience
