BIM Modeler

Join our team as a skilled BIM modeler with expertise in design and development of water and wastewater treatment plants.

This role involves creating accurate, clear, and concise project documents that meet industry standards. You will work closely with the project management team to ensure the drafting component of the project is completed within budget and deadline.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the production of high-quality project documents.
  • Assisting in resolving complex technical drafting issues.
  • Mentoring other members of the drafting team.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with project managers.
  • Providing technical advice to project team members.
  • Document management including drawing register.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working collaboratively with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
  • Adhering to BIM execution plans and project workflows.
  • Familiarity with international codes, standards, and practices related to USA, UK, and Middle East.
  • Experience in instrumentation design of water and wastewater treatment plants.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • DEE/B degree in Electronics and Instrumentation or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in drafting and design of water and wastewater treatment plants.
  • Familiarity with industry software such as Plant 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Drafting knowledge in P&ID, instrument symbol library, and instrument installation drawings.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills.
