Job Description

This role focuses on strategic financial planning and business partnering, requiring a seasoned professional with strong analytical skills and experience in ERP software and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will be able to drive profitability analysis, manage cash flow forecasts, and maintain accurate financial information for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading annual budget planning and execution
  • Driving budget and profitability analysis for various business units
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in monthly forecasts and updates in TM1 (reporting tool)

Operational Management

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Reviewing budgets vs. actual performance and revising forecasts regularly
  • Preparing monthly MIS presentation decks for senior management
  • Aligning MIS reporting tools (TM1) with the accounting software ERP Infor LN and making necessary corrections
  • Managing daily cash flow forecasts
  • Assisting in treasury and fund management, ensuring sufficient funds for business operations, maximizing investment returns, and optimizing FX conversions from EEFC to INR accounts

People Leadership

As a leader, the candidate will:

  • Educate oneself on best practices to increase work efficiency
  • Train and educate team members to ensure the quality of deliverables

Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

  • 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, and commercial finance
  • CA/MBA qualified is required
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to working with ERP software and reporting tools
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in MS Excel
