Strategic Sales Manager

As a seasoned AVSI Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. Your key objective will be to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, while fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier enterprises, identifying opportunities for business expansion and growth.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets, leveraging your expertise in the AVSI industry and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
- Negotiate and close deals, leveraging your expertise in sales negotiation and conflict resolution.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in AVSI sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven approach, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
Work Location and Compensation
- Work location: In-office in Mumbai, Noida, or Bangalore.
- Annual compensation: Minimum fixed salary of INR 800,000, with a maximum fixed salary of INR 1,200,000.
- Additional incentives not included.
Work Experience and Education
- Minimum work experience: 4 years.
- Maximum work experience: 7 years.
- Preferring MBA in Sales and Marketing.
