Network Operations Center Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring network systems, diagnosing issues and ensuring the stability and performance of our infrastructure.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our Network Operations team. The NOC Analyst will work on exciting projects that redefine industries, innovate with the latest technologies and contribute to solutions that make a real-world impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously monitor network performance and system alerts using various monitoring tools.
  • Analyze network traffic patterns and identify potential issues.
  • Ensure all systems and networks operate at peak performance levels.
  • Respond promptly to network incidents and alerts, working to diagnose and resolve issues.
Requirements:
  • A strong foundation in network operations with the ability to resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using network monitoring tools such as Nagios, SolarWinds, Zabbix or similar.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to create detailed technical documentation and incident reports.
