Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Linux Support Engineer to join our team.

This role involves managing, configuring, and maintaining both physical and virtualized servers (Linux and Windows).

  • Server Management: Ensure seamless server operations by proactively resolving issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Operating System and Essential Services Installation, Configuration, and Management: Utilize remote consoles (IPMI, IDRAC, KVM) to install, configure, and manage operating systems and essential services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in cPanel/WHM, Plesk, and server environments (Linux and Windows): Proven knowledge of these platforms is crucial for managing complex server infrastructures.
  • Proficiency in on-premise virtualization tools (Proxmox, SolusVM, Virtualizor): Experience with these tools is necessary for efficient virtual machine management.
  • Automation Deployment with Ansible, NOC-PS: Familiarity with automation tools is required to streamline deployment processes.
  • Monitoring with Librenms, Zabbix, Icinga2, Grafana/Prometheus/AlertManager Stack: Strong understanding of monitoring tools is necessary for proactive issue resolution.
  • Networking and Server Fundamentals, DNS, and Protocols: In-depth knowledge of networking principles, DNS, and protocols is essential for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving, Communication, and Leadership Skills: Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities are critical for success in this role.
  • Marathi/Hindi/English Communication Skills: Fluency in these languages is necessary for clear communication with clients and teammates.
