Job Description:

The Financial Services Account Associate II Operations is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to various financial products and services. This includes account maintenance, transaction processing, and reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services processes, account administration, and transaction workflows. They should also possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial systems and CRM platforms.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate a customer-first mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, banking services, or client account servicing.
  • Strong understanding of financial services processes, account administration, and transaction workflows.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements, especially in regulated financial environments.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with financial systems and CRM platforms is a plus.
