Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions, as well as providing support to other departments as needed.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. A strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential in this role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze financial transactions for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide support to other departments as needed, including data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

 

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a secondary diploma or equivalent plus three or more years of experience in finance, accounting or related field
  • Familiarity with Concur software and ERP systems is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
