About the Role

  • We are looking for a well-experienced and driven Legal Associate to join our team. The role focuses on managing & coordinating supporting documents, claims, arbitration proceedings while ensuring to act as key point for all the communications for the legal proceedings of the projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, preparation, review, and finalization of required documents for the proceedings while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining a tracker for all the legal proceedings & Hearing for review of status /progress with team & management.
  • Attending court cases in Delhi and NCR and other cities as required.
  • Assisting legal counsel in case preparations, document filing, and court appearances if required.
  • Collaborating with and providing support to external panel advocates for case representation.
  • Maintaining effective communication and coordination with legal representatives.
  • Collaborating with various departments and teams to gather necessary information and documents for legal matters.
  • Ensuring effective communication and coordination with colleagues in different locations.
  • Maintaining case files and managing deadlines for arbitration procedures and court-related matters.
  • Staying updated on relevant legislation, case law, and developments in the case hearings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Law (LL.B) or equivalent degree.
  • Masters degree in Law (LL.M).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Type of industry: Any/Experience in infrastructure (EPC) company.

  • Notice period: 15 days or less (preferred).
