Arbitration Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Arbitration Specialist to manage and coordinate supporting documents, claims, and arbitration proceedings.

About the Role:

The position focuses on overseeing the preparation, review, and finalization of required documents for proceedings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Draft, prepare, and finalize legal documents in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain a centralized database for all legal proceedings and hearings for review of status/progress with stakeholders.
  • Attend court cases in Delhi and NCR, and other cities as required.
  • Support legal counsel in case preparations, document filing, and court appearances if needed.
  • Collaborate with external panel advocates for case representation.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with legal representatives.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with various departments to gather necessary information and documents for legal matters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) or equivalent Masters degree in Law (LL.M).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Any industry; preference for Infrastructure (EPC) company.
