**Job Description:**

We seek a skilled Litigation Specialist with expertise in handling complex legal matters involving technology, intellectual property, regulatory, and commercial disputes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, combined with technical and legal acumen to handle litigation matters effectively.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Handling litigation and arbitration matters across various forums.
  • Drafting pleadings, replies, legal notices, and opinions.
  • Assisting in strategizing legal positions in disputes involving complex technical or technological subject matter.
  • Coordinating with clients, technical experts, and senior counsel as required.
  • Representing clients in pre-litigation advisory, negotiation, and dispute resolution processes.
  • Maintaining case files and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and timelines.
  • Working closely with internal teams and external counsels to provide well-rounded litigation support.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • An LL.B. or LL.M. from a tier 1 law school.
  • A technical background is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
