Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support professional to join our team as a senior member of the technical support team.

This role requires you to serve as the final internal escalation point for support requests related to the Funnel CRM platform and associated systems.

You will be responsible for investigating advanced technical issues that cannot be addressed by Tier 1 or Tier 2 support, performing in-depth root cause analysis, documenting knowledge base articles, and collaborating with IT support teams to ensure seamless incident resolution.

As a key member of the team, you will also be trained on Funnel and have prior CRM or lead management experience which is helpful. You will work in ServiceNow and Funnel, coordinate with the internal team, vendor, and end users, and occasionally connect with other teams.

Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus in this role.
