
Full-Time Customer Engagement Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with potential clients via phone, responding to inquiries, and providing information about our services.
Daily tasks will include maintaining updated client databases, following up on leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to handle multiple phone calls efficiently, and experience in customer-facing roles.
Responsibilities also include supporting the sales team by setting appointments and coordinating communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Verbal Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients over the phone.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple phone calls and manage time efficiently.
- Customer Service: Experience in providing high-quality customer service and maintaining client relationships.
- CRM Software: Proficient in using CRM software to update client information.
- Architecture and Interior Design: Basic knowledge of architecture and interior design is a plus.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are advantageous.
