**Job Title:** Solar Operations Manager 

We are seeking an experienced Solar Operations Manager to oversee the performance of multiple solar plants, identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Solar O&M and middle-level management experience, with a proven track record of optimizing O&M costs without compromising service quality.

The role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills to drive results and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring performance and coordinating multi-site operations
  • Developing high-performing teams and ensuring smooth project transitions
  • Optimizing O&M costs and improving plant uptime
 Requirements: 

The ideal candidate will possess a B.E. in Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC) and at least 7 years of overall experience, including 5 years in Solar O&M as middle-level management.

Experience with 33kV substations, transmission lines, and related troubleshooting is highly desirable.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical thinking, excellent communication, coordination, and proficiency in ERP systems, MIS reporting are essential skills for this role.

The candidate should be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent time management skills.
