Job Title: Area Business Manager - SME Sales
As a highly skilled and experienced Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Portfolio Relationship Managers in managing lending business for Small to Medium enterprises with a turnover between 50 to 500 crores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead a high-performing team of Portfolio Relationship Managers in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Customer Acquisition: Acquire new customers in the SME segment through strategic partnerships, marketing campaigns, and outreach programs.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing customers to increase cross-selling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis of potential customers to assess their creditworthiness and make informed decisions.
- Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
