**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking an exceptional Software Engineering Manager to lead our medium to large-scale product development teams. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing project management and leadership expertise to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the agreed-upon quality standards.

Your primary goal will be to ensure technical quality, product quality, and efficient use of resources while working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering assigned projects to meet time, budget, and quality standards
  • Partnering with product management, architecture, operations, and delivery teams to ensure effective project launch and delivery
  • Leading teams to achieve project delivery success
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, both internal and external
  • Applying best practices and coding patterns to ensure world-class solutions that are maintainable, modular, and of high code quality
  • Creating a culture that emphasizes meeting expectations and delivering value
  • Driving automated solutions to improve efficiency and process improvement
  • Growing and managing team skills and talent
  • Managing people resource processes related to objectives definitions, regular check-ins, assessments, and compensation
  • Facilitating communication across functions and escalating issues promptly
  • Taking responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction during project delivery

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 14+ years of experience in developing and managing core products or business applications
  • Strong domain experience in cyber security, enabling innovation and ownership of cyber security products for customers and MSPs
  • Experience with content management, web development, agile development, and global delivery
  • Practical knowledge of agile/iterative development processes
  • Strong design, architecture, and coding expertise
  • Hands-on experience with C++, C technologies
  • Good knowledge of AWS, multi-project/program management, and development
  • Able to handle large-scale and multiple products/scrums concurrently
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and methodologies
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, business-oriented
  • Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills
  • Goal-driven, with ability to plan, manage toward achieving goals, anticipate problems, and proactively drive resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
  • Skilled in presentations and discussions with business and technical staff
  • Experience working in international environments involving multiple development sites on various time zones
  • Confident, highly motivated, and passionate about delivery and customer satisfaction
