Integration Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative and diverse people around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design data and content interfaces using a Microservice, API-First, Cloud Hosted, Headless mindset.
  • Collaborate on User Experience, functional and technical designs.
  • Define test data requirements.
  • Coordinate Mock Load and Cutover activities.
  • Work closely with IT Architecture and Integrations teams to coordinate timelines, deliverables, and compliance.
  • Communicate with appropriate urgency and transparency status on progress, issues, and plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university.
  • Eight years of working experience in digital customer experience development in a private, public, government or military environment.
  • Three years of experience as an Integration Specialist.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, B2B eCommerce, Marketplace, Where-to-Buy (WTB) solutions, Customer Experience Management (CX), Content Management Solutions (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Product Catalog.
