**Job Description**

This role is responsible for managing the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of high-end medical equipment as well as low-end equipment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation skills, be able to work closely with cross-functional teams, and have a strong understanding of procurement principles.

  • Purchasing and Procurement Management:
  • Purchase goods and services, negotiate contracts, and manage vendors.
  • Procurement Planning:
  • Evaluate market trends, develop supplier relationships, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Negotiation Meetings:
  • Conduct meetings with suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Manage relationships with existing suppliers, evaluate new suppliers, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, control stock levels, and implement just-in-time inventory management practices.
  • Billing:
  • Develop and implement billing processes, manage payment cycles, and maintain accurate financial records.
