Procurement Manager Role

This is a full-time position for a Procurement Manager based on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement activities, and developing relationships with vendors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end procurement processes for indirect categories such as IT, office supplies, consulting services, facilities, HR, and marketing.
  • Developing sourcing strategies to deliver cost savings and value.
  • Leading RFPs, RFQs, and supplier selection processes.
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and service level agreements with vendors.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues related to quality, service, or delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize the supplier base and reduce procurement risk.
  • Collaborating with finance and legal teams on budget alignment and contract terms.
