Job Title: Procurement Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Procurement Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement operations processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving issue resolution and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day procurement operations processes, including PR to PO conversion, fixed asset creation and capitalization, and supplier re-certification.
  • Collaborate with category managers, accounts payable, vendor risk management office, corporate ethics & compliance teams, information security & privacy, and contingent workforce program team to drive issue resolution and process improvements.
  • Redline legal clauses and handle customer issues along the contract execution path.
  • Document processes, build and maintain desktop procedures (DTPs), and analyze data to inform procurement decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in any subject area; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of validated experience in procurement operations with exposure to both product and services procurement in at least two categories.
  • Thorough knowledge of procurement processes and experience working with P2P tools like Ariba/Coupa and ERP systems like SAP/Oracle.
  • Experience in contract drafting, collaboration with legal, and knowledge of legal terms in a contract is highly desirable.
  • Working experience in multi-cultural/multi-region shared services or procurement organization is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and professional-level proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
