As a Senior Customer Support Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our Support strategy and driving business growth. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to identify and prioritize customer pain points, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective Support processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining high-visibility dashboards to track Support performance and identify areas for improvement
- Developing and delivering training programs to ensure Support teams have the necessary skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to identify and prioritize customer pain points and develop effective solutions
- Providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to Support teams on analytics and data-driven decision-making
