Job Overview:

The Operations Excellence Manager is a key role that oversees and optimizes end-to-end business operations while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

This position involves client management, people & performance management, and cross-functional team leadership with a focus on process efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and business growth.

Key Role Deliverables:
  • Bulk of the job focuses on Business Transformation (80%):
  • Designing and implementing an operational excellence framework tailored to the industry vertical.
  • Formulating and managing detailed KPI tables across all e-commerce businesses.
  • Leading improvement initiatives in internal business/operational processes for efficiency enhancement.
  • Driving innovation and automation to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
  • Fostering employee engagement in various operational excellence initiatives.
  • A smaller portion of the job focuses on Service Delivery (20%):
  • Providing support to process owners, including people management, performance tracking, financial analysis, and adhering to company policies and standards.
  • Ensuring adherence to service levels defined by clients.
  • Managing headcounts and coordinating activities at client sites.
Project and Team Management:
  • Overseeing multiple projects across different lines of business to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Leading a diverse team of 20+ members, including business analysts, process excellence leads, and content developers.
  • Fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture through clear goal-setting, mentoring, and driving accountability.
Operational and Process Excellence:
  • Identifying process gaps and implementing efficient solutions to improve workflows and service delivery.
  • Collaborating with process excellence analysts to standardize operations, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Leveraging data insights to track performance, optimize processes, and ensure compliance with internal and client-defined SLAs.
