Hair Care Product Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead the overall R&D qualification of future Hair Care programs, driving sustainable success in a competitive market.
Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day technical characterization and consumer research study execution.
- Digital system acuity and onboarding to various platforms, including data analysis, product lifecycle management, QA release, and documentation.
- Consumer insights and claims tests result analysis.
- Leading product technical studies and consumer studies to understand unmet needs and design future products.
- Capturing key insights and sharing results in a clear manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years related experience in CPG or market research.
- Polytechnic Diploma or bachelor's/master's degree in Science or related fields.
- Strong ownership and self-leadership skills to deliver outcomes.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Able to work independently, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills using data to develop solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with people from different cultures and levels.
