Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the Procure to Pay GPO roadmap and solving business problems/opportunities in the F&A domain. This role involves directing and executing the GPO strategy using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering, and combining technology solutions with GenAI, RPA, and VBA/SQL/Python.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and planning digital/CIO projects/roadmaps and delivering them effectively.
  • Working with cross-functional global leads, including the digital delivery team, and client leadership to successfully implement projects.
  • Directly managing accounts or reporting to account managers, with responsibility for planning and delivering the GPO strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion, Tririga, SAP, S4Hana, Service Now, or similar technologies and technology deployments.
  • Driving experience with GenAI/Agentic and RPA programs, deploying them across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the Procure to Pay domain, leading transformations across all sub-processes, including Account Payable and Payments.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Project Management skills, with strong influencing and communication skills.
  • People Leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring others, influencing and motivating teams, and working in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders.
