Business Analyst

Description:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Global Operations team in Mumbai.
  • The role involves strategic reporting, data insights creation, and process automation.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in MS Excel and data analysis, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a global work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, analyze, and publish weekly, monthly reports and insights.
  • Track utilization, revenue, and other performance metrics accurately.
  • Identify manual processes and automate reports to improve efficiency.
  • Deliver ad-hoc reports and business intelligence for management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reports.
  • Collaborate with global teams and share best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational and client data.
Required Skills:
  • Strong expertise in MS Excel and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of utilization and revenue calculation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Logical thinker with strong decision-making ability.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible to work in rotating shifts.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to process changes.
