Job Overview:

  • To comprehend clients' business and provide suitable working capital solutions across funds.
  • Generate leads by identifying potential industrial areas/trading units and devise strategies to enhance the bank's penetration in those sectors.
  • Maintain regular interactions with customers to understand their business conditions, identify enhancement opportunities, and deliver superior customer service.
  • Offer value-added services to clients and stay ahead of the competition by structuring and implementing innovative deals in working capital, term loans, and project financing.
  • Sustain existing relationships and acquire new SME clients for the bank.
  • Create proposals for clients with portfolios ranging from ₹50 crores to ₹250 crores.
  • Grow the client base by effectively managing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Acumen: Possess a deep understanding of clients' businesses, including their financials, market trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to identify potential clients, generate leads, and increase the bank's presence in key industrial areas.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, address their concerns, and explore opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Proposal Development: Craft compelling proposals for clients with medium-to-large-sized portfolios, highlighting tailored solutions and competitive advantages.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex business scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
