Job Overview

As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

  • MIS Reporting: You will prepare MIS reports to track business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Cost Center Management: You will maintain cost centers in accounting software to optimize resource allocation and minimize expenses.
  • Inventory Accounting: You will oversee stock/inventory accounting in software to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Age-Wise Receivable/Payable Reports: You will prepare age-wise receivable/payable reports to monitor cash flow and payment schedules.
  • Purchase & Expenses Invoicing: You will account for purchase & expenses invoices to ensure timely payments and accurate recording.
  • Invoice Verification: You will check invoices against purchase orders to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance.
  • Vendor Payment Approval: You will approve vendor payments while ensuring legal compliance to maintain a good business relationship.
  • Sales Invoicing & Accounting Entries: You will prepare sales invoices and pass accounting entries daily to ensure accurate recording of revenue.
  • Report Preparation: You will prepare various reports such as A/R, A/P, Estimates, etc. to provide insights into business performance.
  • Tax Invoicing: You will prepare tax invoices in domestic as well as foreign currency to comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Accounting Standards & Principles: You will understand accounting standards and principles to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Bank Reconciliation & Month-End Closure: You will perform bank reconciliation and month-end closure of books to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Email Communication: You will maintain standard email communication to ensure clear and effective exchange of information.
