Business Development Representative

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative to drive new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients in the US market.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Keka HR. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in identifying prospects, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive revenue growth, expand customer acquisition, and enhance profitability.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential prospects
- Identify the prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives
- Report to the Sales Manager on sales results
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar Sales Development Representative or Sales Account Executive role in the US process
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach (LinkedIn and other professional platforms)
- A track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot)
- A fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to deliver engaging conversations and presentations
- Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
What We Offer:
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on your experience and qualifications.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Location: This role is based in the US market, with a shift timing of 6 PM to 3 AM IST.
