Email Marketing Campaign Manager

The Email Marketing Specialist position is a crucial component of our campaign management support department. This role requires a strong passion for email campaigns marketing and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

As a valued member of an experienced email marketing team, the ideal candidate will be expected to build, launch, manage campaigns, and optimize performance. They should also have hyper-personalization knowledge to comprise of procurement, design, configuration, and customization of Martech solutions. The applicant should be resourceful and have a strategic mindset with analytical skills to drive business growth.

This position supports the Martech team and involves end-to-end campaign execution, including managing existing campaigns, new campaign setup, data selection, campaign rollout (creatives not included), and results tabulation (Reports). Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing existing & new campaigns and customer targeting and workflow set up on platforms such as Oracle Responsys, Oracle Unity, and Oracle Infinity IQ.
  • Developing insights from complex and diverse data sets and coherently communicating those insights internally and to clients.
  • Using SQL queries to define and create target audiences for different campaigns.
  • Optimizing email campaigns across platforms and collaborating with the wider team to ensure optimal allocation across channels.
  • Compile performance reports, ensure data integrity and accuracy, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
