Job Title: Branding Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Branding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personal branding strategies for our clients.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in social media management, content creation, and analytics. They must be able to think strategically and lead a team to deliver results.

In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of personal branding strategies, manage a team of interns, and review and approve content created by them.

As a Branding Specialist, you will also be responsible for training interns in best practices, including writing, engagement, and analytics. You will monitor interactions and ensure timely and professional responses across platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will include successful strategy execution, team performance, and client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a team
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to create impactful strategies
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Social media expertise with a deep understanding of the platform
  • Familiarity with analytics tools to measure success and optimize strategies
