Job Title: Senior Brand Advisor
Sr. Brand Advisor plays a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote brand awareness and drive engagement through direct interaction with clients, associates, and industry professionals.
- Create strong positive perception of the brand through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- B build relationships at all levels, leveraging excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage multiple clients or agencies simultaneously, working effectively under pressure.
- Identify opportunities to add value to client relationships, anticipate challenges, and potential client issues.
- Handle end-to-end client journey from client appointments to post-delivery satisfaction.
- Represent the brand in national/international art and design events and private previews.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of luxury, design, art, and craft.
- Outstanding storytelling ability.
- Understanding of brand principles and ethos, including brand positioning, values differentiation, and competitive analysis.
- Experience in B2C dealing with UHNI, international clients, and interior designers.
- Hands-on experience with Google Sheets or CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills to understand client lifestyle and requirements.
