Business Growth Manager - Automotive Sales
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional to drive revenue growth and develop strong customer relationships within the Indian sales team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies for achieving annual sales targets in the Automotive product segment by identifying new opportunities and leveraging existing customer relationships.
- Pursue new automotive accounts to increase revenue through effective sales engagement and account management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within customers' executive teams, engineering, supply management, and other relevant departments to secure design win penetrations at customers' R&D and design centers.
- Collaborate with Field Application Engineers and Business Units to deliver customer solutions that meet their needs and expectations.
- Conduct face-to-face customer meetings to provide support, address issues, communicate updates, and advocate customers' interests within Quectel.
- Create and align monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to deliver revenue goals and ensure on-time supply of products and services.
- Plan and participate in business trips, exhibitions, seminars, and visits to key customers based on market and project status.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong focus on developing customer relations to drive project wins and success.
- Great ability to handle strategic accounts and drive projects to revenue.
- Hunter with a great farming attitude and extremely customer-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of components, HW, SW, and related technologies.
- Cellular, RF & GNSS module experience is highly preferred.
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface directly with different levels of customers' organizations.
