In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop strategic plans to boost sales performance and collaborate with regional teams to increase market share in the industry.
  • Utilize product knowledge, industry insights, and process solutions to deliver innovative Fisher valve solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Support project and MRO initiatives, engaging early with end-users to influence valve specifications.
  • Design industry-specific Fisher valve solutions to address customer control valve challenges.
  • Establish an industry solution knowledge base, create quality business reports, and develop valve reference lists.
  • Promote site account plans and work with regional groups to expand Fisher's installed base business.
  • Identify target valve applications and customer sites with sales channels and regional BDMs.
  • Provide expert support to sales teams through industry expertise gained from market knowledge and experience.
  • Collaborate with project pursuit and regional groups to develop quote/pricing strategies that maximize orders and customer satisfaction.

  • Hands-on knowledge and experience in control valves sizing & selection.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to create portfolios showcasing competency elements as part of ongoing education in engineering.
  • Awareness of internal and industry standards related to position responsibilities (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Chemical / Metallurgical Engineering.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively pitch solutions for applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing situations.
  • Experience in managing large projects and in-house engineering.
