Transforming Engineering Productivity Leader

Main Responsibilities of the Position

The position involves driving a company-wide initiative to enhance developer team productivity, aligning with strategic engineering objectives and business goals.

  • Develop standardized frameworks for collecting, analyzing, and reporting key performance metrics.
  • Create data-driven dashboards and reports to communicate productivity insights effectively.
  • Analyze developer productivity data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering leaders and stakeholders to understand needs and ensure program alignment.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to drive adoption of productivity initiatives.
  • Maintain data quality standards and processes for reliable and accurate productivity data.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to data collection, processing, APIs, integrations, and reporting pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, engineering management, DevOps, or analytics.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex programs.
  • Experience leading cross-functional programs involving technical teams.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
