Surfscan-ADE is looking to hire an energetic, self-driven individual to be part of a team of remote systems engineers

- Will work closely with service teams and customers to identify and implement product improvements which will lead to long-term product adoption and customer success.
- These activities will include the development and release of new options, features or other improvements that provide more value to our customers.
- Integral to this role is an understanding of the customer's use-case and successfully working in conjunction with other groups to define the requirements.
- Must have the ability to follow through and release/support these product enhancements effectively.
- Trains service and manufacturing employees.
- Required to travel to customer sites to efficiently and effectively resolve technical issues (Fly and Fix) during and after product release.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's in Engineering (Preferably in the field of Physics, Electrical, Mechanical or Material Science)
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Preferred (not mandatory) work experiences in semiconductor processing or equipment industry.
- Must have excellent communication, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be self-driven, and a strong team player.
- Good hands-on ability with demonstrated success on hardware-related projects
- Up to 80% of world-wide travelling would be required.
