About the Role
  • Develop and implement direct tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position by applying comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice on tax implications of business decisions and transactions, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal risk.
  • Oversee tax audits, coordinate responses, and manage documentation for tax authorities to ensure seamless compliance.
  • Analyze changes in direct tax laws and assess their impact on the business, identifying opportunities for tax savings while minimizing liabilities and risks.
Your Background
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in Indian direct tax laws and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record in tax planning, compliance, and handling tax audits, showcasing exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills to interpret complex tax legislation, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in mentoring or guiding junior finance professionals, with a proactive approach focused on continuous improvement and risk mitigation.
