Job Title

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the Smartstream Intraday Liquidity application and related activities. The role requires a strong analytical skillset, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vendor applications, particularly Smartstream Intraday Liquidity Management, and excellent communication skills. They will also be familiar with Change Requests, CAB meetings, and weekend rollouts of code changes.

In addition, the successful candidate will have a good understanding of banking concepts, particularly cash management and reconciliation. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a proactive approach are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to the Smartstream Intraday Liquidity application
  • Work with neighboring technology and project teams to ensure changes are rolled out in a coordinated manner
  • Participate in overnight support rota (on call) and weekend work as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working with vendor applications, particularly Smartstream Intraday Liquidity Management
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Change Requests, CAB meetings, and weekend rollouts of code changes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Proactive approach and ability to adapt to urgent tasks
