Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Expert to join our team. As a key member of the procurement function, you will be responsible for identifying reliable suppliers and procuring high-quality electronic components, sensors, and hardware for wearable and IoT devices.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and procuring electronic components, including sensors, PCBs, flex PCBs, ICs, batteries, and other hardware. They will also be responsible for developing relationships with global suppliers and manufacturers, managing RFQs, vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and contract terms to achieve cost efficiency.

The Sourcing Expert will work closely with the engineering and R&D teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into sourcing specifications. Ensuring compliance with quality standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and evaluating electronic components, including sensors, PCBs, and hardware
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with global suppliers and manufacturers
  • Managing RFQs, vendor negotiations, purchase orders, and contract terms
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in procurement/supply chain for electronics or hardware. Strong knowledge of electronic components, PCBs, and sensors is necessary. Experience in vendor management and global sourcing (China/East Asia experience preferred) is highly desirable. Familiarity with import/export procedures, logistics, and customs clearance is also required.

Skills and Qualifications:
