Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end supply chain management of electronic components, PCBs, sensors, and sub-assemblies.
  • Procurement and sourcing strategies tailored to the electronics industry.
  • Global and domestic supplier relationships for electronic components.
  • Collaboration with engineering, R&D, production, and quality teams.
  • Inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and material planning for electronic hardware.
  • Proactive supply chain risk mitigation, including shortages, obsolescence, and compliance restrictions.
  • Negotiation of supplier contracts and evaluation of supplier performance based on cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Compliance with import/export regulations, defense/aerospace standards, and industry certifications.
  • Implementation of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) and supply chain analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of supply chain experience in electronics/semiconductor/EMS/defense/aerospace industry.
  • Strategic sourcing, vendor development, and electronics component lifecycle management expertise.
  • Exposure to PCB manufacturing, sensors, semiconductors, and high-tech hardware ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and supply chain analytics.
  • Negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Track record of driving cost savings, supply resilience, and supplier partnerships in electronics.
