Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager for Electronics to join our operations team. This critical role is responsible for managing end-to-end supply chains, developing procurement strategies, and building strong relationships with global suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure uninterrupted component availability and cost optimization.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of electronic components, PCBs, sensors, and sub-assemblies.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts and evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain with technical requirements.
  • Drive inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and material planning to minimize supply chain risks.
  • Implement ERP systems and supply chain analytics to enhance visibility and efficiency.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with 7-10 years of experience in the electronics industry. Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor development, and electronics component lifecycle management is essential.
