Enterprise Portal Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and innovative enterprise portal developer to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge web applications using Liferay DXP 7.0+. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Java, expertise in frontend technologies, and a passion for building scalable and maintainable digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-performance enterprise-level web applications using Liferay DXP 7.0+
  • Implement custom portlets, themes, layouts, hooks, and extensions in Liferay to enhance platform functionality
  • Develop and configure content management, workflow, and role-based access control models within the Liferay platform to ensure seamless data management
  • Integrate Liferay with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs to facilitate data exchange and synchronization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver solutions aligned with user needs and business objectives
  • Develop reusable code and libraries for future use, ensuring scalability and maintainability of code
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security in production environments to guarantee smooth system operation
  • Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality codebase
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Liferay DXP 7 or higher (customization, extension, deployment)
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE, including Spring, Hibernate, and design patterns to ensure robust application development
  • Solid frontend development experience using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React to create engaging user interfaces
  • Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP-based web services to enable seamless data exchange
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies to foster collaboration and adaptability
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Git to streamline development and deployment processes
