Job Title: Portal Administration Associate

Your key responsibilities will be centered around administering the Supplier Portal, ensuring seamless operations and effective issue resolution. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in vendor onboarding solutions and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and prioritize Service Now queues and Apex portal queues to ensure timely resolution of critical and ageing tickets.
  • Collaborate with project teams, production support teams, stakeholders, and management to prioritize business requirements and deliver solutions and services.
  • Perform intake of new enhancement requests to support production Apex environments and projects.
  • Deliver end-to-end SDLC deliverables as they relate to supporting production and project requests.
  • Configure multiple Apex solutions as necessary and integrate them with counterpart ERP solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Operations or Computer Sciences.
  • At least one year of experience working with vendor onboarding solutions.
  • Prior experience in related fields such as media, entertainment, business development, or streaming services is advantageous.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing financial models in Excel and facilitating business discussions.
  • Expert user of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with media, entertainment, and technology industries.
  • Knowledge of streaming products and services.
  • Experience working in national or global companies.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
